The Mitsubishi MDS-DH2-SP-480 (MDS-DH2-SP-480) is a 400V-class spindle drive unit engineered for high-precision spindle motor control within the Mitsubishi MDS-DH2 series drive system. Operating as a critical component in computerized numerical control (CNC) machine tool applications, this multi-axis drive unit delivers stable velocity regulation, acceleration, and deceleration for machining spindles. Designed for demanding factory automation environments, the MDS-DH2-SP-480 features a rated current output of 180 A. It supports flexible power input configurations, including a 380 to 480 V AC three-phase supply (400 V, 415 V, or 440 V AC) as well as a 513 to 648 V DC bus input.
