Mitsubishi FR-AF840-05470-60 Variable Frequency Drive for FREQROL FR Series

The Mitsubishi FR-AF840-05470-60 (FR-AF840-05470-60) is a high-performance variable frequency drive engineered for precise motor speed and torque regulation within the Mitsubishi FREQROL FR product family. As part of the FREQROL inverter lineup, this drive modulates output frequency to control acceleration, deceleration, and running speed of electric motors, enhancing process efficiency and reducing mechanical stress across heavy-duty equipment. It operates in synchronized machinery, automated lines, and continuous processing plants. Although marked as discontinued by the manufacturer, this legacy inverter serves as an essential replacement unit to keep installed systems running reliably without requiring extensive panel retrofits or system re-engineering. The drive provides robust motor control and comprehensive protective functions for industrial pumps, exhaust fans, processing tools, and material transport mechanisms. Built for long-term operational durability, the FR-AF840-05470-60 delivers stable velocity management and energy-saving performance, making it an indispensable spare part for plant maintenance and overhaul operations in Mitsubishi-equipped facilities.
