Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders normally ship within 3-4 days and travel by express carrier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, with an estimated transit time of 4-5 DAYS subject to customs clearance and local service availability.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 1 year of delivery and return shipping costs are shared between buyer and Vibocnc. Contact us first for the return address and instructions, and keep the original packaging and included documentation.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty coverage is stated for each product or quotation and depends on condition and manufacturer terms. Many supplied parts include 12 months of Vibocnc warranty support, while eligible new items may retain the applicable manufacturer warranty.
