The Mitsubishi MR-J3HC5SB-20M (MR-J3HC5SB-20M) is a high-rigidity direct drive rotary servomotor designed for precise motion control in Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO systems. Engineered as an equivalent replacement for the TMRFM120J10 model, this unit is compatible with MELSERVO J4 series configurations as well as MELSERVO MR-J3 environments. It features a hollow flanged shaft construction that facilitates direct mechanical coupling to driven loads, eliminating the backlash, compliance, and wear commonly associated with mechanical transmission components such as gearboxes and couplings. Feedback and thermal monitoring are handled through built-in components. The servomotor incorporates an integrated 20-bit absolute feedback encoder that delivers high-resolution position detection and smooth velocity regulation across the operating range.
