Mitsubishi SC-J2SJ4CSET-02 Type A Servo Amplifier Conversion Cable Set for MELSERVO MR-J2S/MR-J4 11 kW+

The Mitsubishi SC-J2SJ4CSET-02 is a Type A servo amplifier conversion cable set for replacing MR-J2S series servo amplifiers with MR-J4 series units in 11 kW and higher systems. It provides the interface wiring needed to connect the existing MR-J2S installation to the new MR-J4 amplifier during a renewal. The set contains one control signal conversion cable, one monitor conversion cable, one encoder conversion cable, and one 24 VDC power connection cable (SC-J2SJ4CTPWC5M). A servo amplifier connector and multifunction Type A interface are used. If the existing MR-J2S amplifier uses its internal 24 VDC interface supply, a separate 24 VDC source with at least 80 mA capacity is required; the matching power connection cable is included in this set. For 30 kW and higher replacements, the converter unit GN1 input/output signal cable is not included. The cable set is intended for MELSERVO MR-J2S to MR-J4 servo renewal projects on industrial machinery, where the original amplifier-side signal, monitor, encoder, and 24 VDC connections must be adapted to the replacement drive.
