Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-X15M IE Field Ethernet Cable 15 m for CC-Link IE

The Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-X15M is an IE Field indoor Ethernet cable and cordset from the SC-E5EW series, supplied in a 15 m (49 ft) length with two X-coded connectors. It uses Category 5e or higher double-shielded STP straight cable with eight wires arranged as four twisted pairs; the shield combines aluminum/polyester tape with a tin-plated annealed copper braid to provide high resistance to external noise. The cordset is compliant with IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-T and is intended for shielded CC-Link IE Field network connections in PLC-based control systems. Its double-shield construction helps with EMI measures and with noise from adjacent cables in multi-cable layouts. Typical uses include indoor connections between Mitsubishi MELSEC PLC equipment and compatible CC-Link IE Field devices, as well as other Ethernet links that require a shielded 15 m cable assembly. The cable is equivalent to SCE5EWX15M.
