Beckhoff EL3783 6-Channel Power Measurement EtherCAT Terminal

The Beckhoff EL3783 is an EtherCAT power measurement terminal designed for comprehensive three-phase electrical network analysis and power quality monitoring. Serving as an analog input module within the modular Beckhoff EtherCAT I/O terminal system, the EL3783 connects directly to standard Beckhoff couplers and embedded PCs running TwinCAT automation software. The unit features six analog measurement channels, providing simultaneous sampling for three AC voltage channels up to 690 V AC and three AC current channels commonly interfaced with external current transformers. Equipped with EtherCAT oversampling technology, it enables high-frequency, time-synchronized data acquisition with resolution down to microseconds, delivering precise transient detection, harmonic analysis, and power factor calculations. The compact terminal mounts on a standard DIN rail and draws power directly via the E-bus interface.
