Siemens 7MH5706-3PA00 SIWAREX WL270 CP-S SA Compact Mounting Unit

The Siemens 7MH5706-3PA00 (7MH5706-3PA00) is a heavy-duty compact installation unit designed for mounting SIWAREX WL270 CP-S SA compression load cells. Engineered to facilitate secure mechanical integration, this mounting assembly guides force introduction directly into the load cell while absorbing lateral parasitic forces and preventing overturning. It is widely used across industrial process weighing systems, including container, hopper, silo, and mixer scales interfaced with Siemens SIWAREX weighing electronics and SIMATIC automation controllers. Constructed for demanding process environments, the unit incorporates integrated overload protection, lift-off prevention, and grounding straps to safeguard the load cell against mechanical damage and electrical discharge during operation. With an approximate net weight of 10 kg, the assembly ensures high mechanical rigidity and long-term measurement stability. It provides optimal mechanical alignment, ensuring precise weight acquisition and reliable operation throughout maintenance, replacement, and system expansion workflows.
