The Mitsubishi MDS-EH-CV-75 (MDS-EH-CV-75) is an AC/DC converter unit designed for Mitsubishi MDS-EH series drive systems. Operating as a dedicated power supply module for servo and spindle drive systems in CNC machine applications, this converter rectifies AC incoming line power to deliver stable DC bus power to connected multi-axis drive units. The unit accepts a three-phase AC input supply voltage rated from 200 V AC to 240 V AC at 200 V class (220 V or 230 V AC) or DC input, generating a regulated DC output voltage between 513 V DC and 648 V DC. It features a rated output capacity of 5,500 W (5.5 kW) with a continuous rated current of 15 A. Built to withstand demanding production environments, the module features an IP20 degree of protection and is rated for operating ambient temperatures ranging from 0 °C to +55 °C.
