Product Description

The Mitsubishi FR-BAL-B-7,5K (FR-BAL-B-7,5K) is a discontinued brushless AC rotary servo motor designed for high-performance motion control within the Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO J3 series. Engineered for precision positioning and dynamic industrial drive applications, this motor delivers a rated output of 750 W (0.75 kW) and a continuous rated torque of 3.58 Nm at a rated rotational speed of 2,000 rpm. It operates on a 200 V AC supply voltage class with a rated operating current of 5.4 A. To ensure high accuracy and reliable motion feedback, the unit features an integrated 18-bit absolute feedback encoder providing resolution equivalent to 260,000 pulses per revolution. The motor is equipped with a keyed shaft, an integrated oil seal, and a 176 mm by 176 mm mounting flange for secure mechanical integration into automated machinery. Built for demanding industrial environments, the enclosure provides an IP65 protection rating against dust and water ingress. Typical applications include CNC machine tools, packaging lines, textile machinery, robotic handling systems, and automated material transfer equipment requiring precise velocity and torque control.
