Mitsubishi SCC110-HMV-7 High-Flex CC-Link Cable for High-Movement Sections

The Mitsubishi SCC110-HMV-7 (SCC110-HMV-7) is a high-flexibility CC-Link dedicated communication cable and cordset designed for high-movement sections. It connects Mitsubishi Electric PLCs, CC-Link controllers, and other CC-Link-compatible devices in networks where the cable must withstand continuous flexing, such as moving machine axes and cable carriers. The cable uses an ETFE insulator and a flexible wire structure that achieve 1,000,000 bending cycles under specified test conditions. It is a UL-compliant product and is listed as the high-movement cable in Mitsubishi Electric's CC-Link cable range, equivalent to SCC110HMV7. Its communication protocol is CC-Link. When used alone, the maximum transmission distance is 70% of the maximum distance supported by the fixed-part CC-Link cable, so network length and voltage drop should be checked during layout. Typical applications include moving sections of PLC-controlled machinery and other CC-Link systems that require a durable high-flex communication cordset.
