Mitsubishi HG-KR23JK Brushless AC Servo Motor for MELSERVO-J4 Series

The Mitsubishi HG-KR23JK (HG-KR23JK) is an AC brushless rotary servo motor designed for use with Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 series drive systems. Equipped with a straight shaft and an integrated oil seal, this servo motor delivers a rated output of 1000 W (1 kW) with a rated torque of 3.2 Nm and a rated rotational speed of 3,000 rpm. It incorporates an integrated 22-bit absolute feedback encoder providing 4,194,304 pulses per revolution for high-precision positioning and speed control. Operating on a 200 VAC supply class, the unit draws a rated current of 5.6 A. Physical interfacing is provided through two MS-type connectors, and mechanical mounting is achieved using a 90x90 mm flange. The motor provides robust environmental protection rated at IP67, ensuring reliability in demanding industrial environments, and is specified for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to +40 degrees Celsius.
