The Mitsubishi MDS-DH2-CV-300 is a high-performance AC/DC power supply converter unit designed for Mitsubishi MDS-DH2 series multi-axis drive systems used in CNC machine tools. Serving as the central power conversion module, it rectifies incoming three-phase alternating current to supply a regulated direct current link for multiple servo amplifiers and spindle drive units, ensuring stable power delivery during demanding multi-axis machining operations. This 400 V class converter operates with a three-phase AC input voltage range of 380 V AC to 480 V AC (nominal ratings 400 V AC, 415 V AC, and 440 V AC) or direct current input. It delivers a rated output power of 26 kW and a rated current of 72 A, supplying a DC bus output voltage ranging from 513 V DC to 648 V DC. The unit features an IP20 degree of protection and is rated to function reliably in ambient operating temperatures from 0 °C to +55 °C.
