The Mitsubishi MDS-EH-CV-110 (MDS-EH-CV-110) is an AC/DC converter power supply unit engineered for Mitsubishi MDS-EH series multi-axis CNC servo and spindle drive systems. Operating as a shared power supply within a drive lineup, the converter rectifies AC incoming line power to deliver a stable high-voltage DC bus supply to connected servo drives and spindle drives. It provides a nominal rated power output of 7.5 kW (7,500 W) with a rated current capacity of 21 A. The unit accepts a three-phase AC input voltage rated between 200 V AC and 240 V AC (200 V class, including 220 V and 230 V AC) or DC input, generating a regulated DC output voltage ranging from 513 V DC to 648 V DC. Built with an IP20 degree of protection, the module is rated for reliable operation in ambient industrial working temperatures from 0 to +55 degrees Celsius.
