Mitsubishi MDS-D2-CV-185 AC/DC Converter Unit for MDS-D2 Series

The Mitsubishi MDS-D2-CV-185 (MDS-D2-CV-185) is an AC/DC power supply converter unit designed for use with Mitsubishi MDS-D2 series multi-axis drive systems. This converter rectifies incoming three-phase alternating current to generate a regulated direct-current bus supply for downstream servo and spindle drive amplifiers. It is engineered for industrial machinery and CNC machine tool applications requiring stable, high-capacity electrical power conversion. Operating with a rated supply voltage of 200 to 230 V AC across three phases (200 V class, 220 or 230 V AC) or direct-current input, the unit delivers a nominal output rating of 15 kW and a rated output current of 76 A. It generates an output bus voltage range of 210 to 311 V DC to power connected drive axes. Housed in an IP20-rated enclosure, the module is designed for reliable operation in control cabinets within an ambient operating temperature range of 0 to +55 degrees Celsius.
