Shihlin Electric SC3-021-2.2K 2.2 kW Variable Frequency Drive for SC3 Series

The Shihlin Electric SC3-021-2.2K is a 2.2 kW (3 HP) SC3-series variable frequency drive for single-phase 200–240 V AC input and three-phase 200–240 V AC motor output. It provides 11 A rated output current for speed control of three-phase induction motors in compact machinery and general equipment. The drive uses SVPWM, V/F and general flux vector control, with 150% overload for 60 seconds and 200% for 1 second. Its five-point adjustable V/F curve and PID feedback control help match motor performance to changing load conditions. Setup and operation are supported through the keypad, analog 0–10 V or 4–20 mA signals, and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, with dual Modbus interfaces rated up to 115200 bps. The unit includes a built-in RFI filter, DIN-rail mounting, and protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, overload, inverter and motor overheating, hardware, communication and CPU faults. A 300 W, 60 Ω brake resistor is specified for this model when dynamic braking is required. Typical applications include conveyors, pumps, fans and other variable-speed motor-driven machinery.
