Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S5M-L Cat 5e Outdoor Shielded Ethernet Cable for CC-Link IE TSN and CC-Link IE Field Networks

The Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S5M-L (SC-E5EW-S5M-L) is a 5 m Category 5e outdoor shielded Ethernet cable from the SC-E5EW series, supplied as a cordset with shielded RJ-45 connectors. It is designed for 1000BASE-T networks and for CC-Link IE TSN and CC-Link IE Field communication in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC programmable controller systems. The cable uses four twisted pairs (eight wires) with double shielding, aluminum/polyester tape plus tin-plated annealed copper braid, to help resist external noise and EMI in multi-cable installations. Its indoor/outdoor LAP sheath has a finished outside diameter of 10 mm, and the straight RJ-45 connection supports shielded termination. The assembly conforms to IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-T, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B Category 5e and ISO/IEC 11801, making it suitable for control cabinets, industrial Ethernet links, and field-device connections that require a durable shielded cordset. The 5 m length provides flexible routing between network devices while maintaining Category 5e performance.
