Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S3M-L Cat 5e Outdoor Shielded Ethernet Cable/Cordset for CC-Link IE TSN 3 m

The Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S3M-L (SC-E5EW-S3M-L) is a Category 5e outdoor shielded Ethernet cable/cordset from the SC-E5EW series. It is designed for outdoor field devices and for Ethernet and CC-Link communication in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC programmable controller and CC-Link IE TSN network installations. The assembly uses a Cat 5e or higher double-shielded STP straight cable with eight wires in four twisted pairs, aluminum/polyester tape and a tin-plated annealed copper wire braid for shielding. Its LAP sheath gives a finished outside diameter of 10 mm, and the 3 m / 9 ft cord is terminated with shielded RJ-45 straight connectors. The cable conforms to IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-T, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B Category 5e and ISO/IEC 11801, and it is suitable for indoor/outdoor installation as the L version of the SC-E5EW series. Typical uses include connecting field devices, PLCs and network equipment in factory automation systems where a durable shielded Ethernet or CC-Link connection is required.
