Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S15M Shielded Cat 5e Ethernet/CC-Link Cable 15 m

The Mitsubishi SC-E5EW-S15M (SC-E5EW-S15M) is a shielded Category 5e Ethernet cable/cordset designed for indoor field devices in CC-Link IE Field networks. It provides Ethernet and CC-Link communication capability in a 15 m (49 ft) assembly, making it suitable for connecting MELSEC programmable logic controllers, remote I/O and compatible field equipment inside control cabinets or machine enclosures. The cable uses four twisted pairs (eight wires) with double shielding: aluminum/polyester tape plus tin-plated annealed copper braid. Shielded straight RJ-45 connectors are fitted at both ends. The flame-retardant PVC jacket has an outside diameter of 6.8 mm. The assembly conforms to IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-T and ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B Category 5e, and it is intended for indoor installations. It is equivalent to SCE5EWS15M. Typical applications include PLC-to-PLC links, PLC-to-field-device connections and CC-Link IE Field network wiring where a fixed 15 m shielded Cat 5e cordset is required.
