The Mitsubishi MDS-DH2-CV-450 is a high-capacity AC/DC power supply converter unit engineered for Mitsubishi MDS-DH2 series multi-axis drive systems. Designed primarily for industrial CNC machine tools and automated motion applications, the unit converts three-phase incoming alternating current into a regulated DC link voltage to supply connected servo drives and spindle drive amplifiers. Technically, the converter is rated for a nominal power output of 37 kW with a continuous rated current of 99 A. It accepts a 400 V class supply voltage between 380 V and 480 V AC across three phases (compatible with 400 V, 415 V, and 440 V AC nominal grids) or equivalent DC input, and delivers an output voltage range of 513 V to 648 V DC.
